The style is lean and energetic; young and fresh. I read it in the course of one day. Great new author.

Lovely story of true love, loss, and second chances. Well developed characters. Emotionally engaging. If you've never read Alexandra Cait, this is a good one to start with.
This was a good book to read. I liked the characters and their story line. I hope to read more from this author.

I really enjoyed this book. It was not the typical rock star romance. The characters were very real.
I adored Ford! How could you not? When he fell, he fell hard and I love reading a story about a guy fighting for his girl and family. I really liked Cami too, but thought her reaction (before asking questions) to that pic was over the top, I mean she knew he was a manwhore and she didn’t bother to find out when the pic was taken? But overall I really loved the story and thought it was very well written which is a must for me to enjoy the story.
I have spent 50 years reading mysteries. If this is a romance novel I am switching genres. Fort and Cami are smart, funny, and interesting. This book was short, but that was part of the fun. It really pulled me away from the real world for a few hours. I am eager to see what else Alexandra Cait has written. I'm a new fan!
I loved Ford, Cami, well, there were times she drove me nuts, but in the end they were great together. I would've loved marriage in their HEA, but it was good enough. I hope we get a Colton, Bailey story with an added bonus into Ford and Cami's future. First time I've read anything from this author and I'm looking forward to her future reads.
